Mindful Acres offers compassionate, meaningful psychotherapy and counselling that fosters healing and connection — whether in the comfort of an indoor space, or in the restorative presence of nature. Services are available both locally in Greater Sudbury and virtually across Ontario for individual adults and couples.
With flexible session formats:
You may choose the environment that best supports your comfort and therapeutic goals.
Session formats may be adjusted, combined, or alternated at any time in alignment with your needs and preference.

Couch Sessions
A traditional indoor therapy experience in a calm, private setting designed to support reflection, safety, and focused conversation. These are offered in person

Nature Sessions
Therapy offered in outdoor settings incorporate walking, gentle movement, or seated reflection. Nature is engaged as a supportive context to enhance grounding, mindfulness, emotional regulation, and clarity. Nature Sessions are also available at a distance, from wherever you are, with the use of technology.

Virtual Sessions
Secure, PHIPA-compliant virtual therapy available across Ontario, offering flexibility and accessibility from the comfort of your chosen environment—indoors or outdoors.
